Like Folk Dancing? You will enjoy being entertained by Dawnswyr Penybont.
We have taken part in the Pontardawe Folk Festivals, Perranporth Celtic
Festivals and are winners of the Pan Celtic Festival (Ireland). Some of
our display dances are over 400 years old. Our very ownlive band provides the
music. The band members make some of the instruments too!
We practice on Thursday nights from 8pm to 10pm at the Williams Memorial
Hall in Coychurch, Bridgend. New members are always welcome. We hold
our own Twmpaths, Barn Dances, at least twice a year at Brackla Community
Centre.
We are available for displays, special occasions and Twmpaths. The Twmpaths
can be called in English or Welsh, as requested. If you would like further
details, tickets or maybe you are having a special party, anniversary,
wedding, fund-raising event, or annual function, and would like to make it
